Kopi Kenangan seeks a highly strategic Procurement Assistant Manager to lead high-value spend across warehouse, 3PL logistics, and indirect services. You will own end-to-end procurement, drive TCO savings, and reinforce audit-ready governance as the Kenangan Brands expand globally.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in procurement/supply chain within FMCG or multinational settings, with a strong track record in contract drafting, vendor management, and governance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain within FMCG, Retail, or multinational environments.
• Core domain: indirect procurement, multi-site warehouse operations, and 3PL logistics networks.
• Contracting & sourcing: knowledge of commercial contract drafting, SLA frameworks, penalties, vendor panel development.
• Governance & audit: writing and enforcing procurement SOPs for audit readiness.
• Soft skills: dynamic, analytical, organized; able to lead cross-functional partners and mentor team.

Responsibilities

• Indirect & Facility Category Sourcing: manage end-to-end procurement for indirect services (e.g., pest control, cleaning, IT, POS hardware).
• 3PL Logistics & Transportation Strategy: oversee 3PL partners and freight networks to optimize transport costs.
• Warehouse Sourcing & TCO Analysis: lead evaluations, space leasing, equipment sourcing, and TCO modeling for warehouses.
• Contractual Safeguards & Tenders: design, negotiate, and enforce high-stakes logistics contracts and SLAs.
• Cost Benchmarking & Budget Management: compare prices, monitor spend, and present cost breakdowns for approvals.
• Audit Governance & Process Optimization: embed procurement SOPs to streamline PR-to-PO cycle times and ensure audit compliance.
• Vendor Management & Leadership: develop SRM models and mentor junior procurement staff.

Job Role:

• Indirect & Facility Category Sourcing: Drive end-to-end procurement for indirect services, including Pest Control, Cleaning Services, Industrial Chemicals, IT, and Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware.
• 3PL Logistics & Transportation Strategy: Oversee 3PL partners, freight operators, and distribution networks to optimize overall transport costs while aligning capacity with ambitious sales targets.
• Warehouse Sourcing & TCO Analysis: Lead commercial evaluations, space leasing, equipment sourcing, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling for warehouse expansions.
• Contractual Safeguards & Tenders: Design, negotiate, and enforce high-stakes logistics contracts, defining SLAs and risk-mitigation terms to safeguard operational interests.
• Cost Benchmarking & Budget Management: Conduct detailed price comparisons, monitor spending against annual budgets, and prepare clear cost-breakdown proposals for executive approvals.
• Audit Governance & Process Optimization: Write and embed end-to-end Procurement SOPs to streamline PR-to-PO cycle times while ensuring absolute compliance for audits.
• Vendor Management & Leadership: Build strong supplier relationship management (SRM) models and directly guide junior procurement team members to achieve key savings and efficiency targets.
