Job summary

PT Maruni Daya Sakti seeks a Procurement Analyst to optimize purchasing, research suppliers, and manage end-to-end procurement processes. You will contribute to supplier selection, RFQ/RFP management, and performance monitoring within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in procurement, strong analytics, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to drive cost efficiencies and align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with procurement software (SAP B1/ERP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for supplier consolidation
• Research and identify qualified potential suppliers for various goods and services
• Develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to solicit bids from vendors.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and quotations based on factors such as price, quality, delivery time, and past performance.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deal for the company.
• Manage the procurement process, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and information.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and cost savings achieved.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices in procurement.
• May participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs.
