• Minimum 5 years procurement experience in manufacturing or chemical/lubricant industries; middle managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including planning, sourcing, contracting, and supplier evaluation.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers to ensure a sustainable supply base.
• Lead price and contract negotiations to achieve optimal terms and savings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
• Monitor market trends, prices, and supply risks to support decisions.
• Develop supplier programs to improve quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Manage procurement budget and track cost-saving initiatives.
• Utilize procurement systems and data analytics to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and regulations in procurement activities.
