Responsible for analyzing procurement data, monitoring purchasing performance, identifying cost optimization opportunities, supporting sourcing initiatives, and providing insights to improve procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze purchasing data, spending trends, and procurement performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and dashboards related to spending, supplier performance, purchase orders, and savings.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, including cost savings, purchase lead time, supplier delivery performance, and purchase compliance.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify key spending categories, purchasing patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Support strategic sourcing activities through market research, supplier benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
- Evaluate supplier performance and prepare periodic supplier scorecards.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Units to support procurement planning and purchasing strategies.
- Maintain procurement master data and ensure data accuracy within ERP systems.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency and standardization.
- Support contract management by tracking contract validity, pricing agreements, and supplier commitments.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement Analytics, or Strategic Sourcing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, XLOOKUP) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
- Familiarity with procurement KPIs, spend analysis, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
