Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Procurement Analyst to analyze procurement data, monitor performance, and drive cost optimization across the organization. The role involves supporting sourcing initiatives, preparing dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy within ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years’ experience in procurement or analytics, with strong Excel and ERP skills and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Odoo).
Familiarity with procurement KPIs and spend analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Analyze purchasing data, spending trends, and procurement performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare regular procurement reports and dashboards related to spending, supplier performance, PO, and savings.
Monitor procurement KPIs including cost savings, lead time, and supplier delivery performance.
Conduct spend analysis to identify key categories and patterns.
Support sourcing activities through market research and pricing analysis.
Evaluate supplier performance and prepare supplier scorecards.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Business Units on planning and strategies.
Maintain procurement master data in ERP systems.
Assist budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization.
Support contract management by tracking pricing and supplier commitments.
Ensure activities comply with policies and governance.
