Job summary

White Glove Hiring is seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Engineer for its manufacturing facility in Bogor, West Java. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, applying lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

You will work hands-on with production teams to implement practical solutions that elevate efficiency and quality, contributing to key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in data analysis, SPC, and process simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement using data-driven approaches.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement new process designs, workflow optimizations, and workplace layouts.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions for all implemented process changes.
• Train production personnel on new processes and best practices to ensure consistent application.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to process efficiency, throughput, and quality.
