Job summary

You will analyze processes, design Lean Six Sigma driven improvements, and create process documentation while collaborating with operations, maintenance, and QA teams to implement changes and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.
• Design and implement Lean Six Sigma driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain process docs: flowcharts, SOPs, work instructions.
• Perform time studies, capacity planning, and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, QA to implement changes.
• Monitor performance and report metrics to guide optimization.
