Job summary

Henkel Indonesia is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Engineer in Tangerang to drive continuous improvement across site operations. You will lead DMAIC projects, coach teams, and strengthen the MOS while embedding data-driven practices.

You'll develop Power BI dashboards, collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance, and promote waste reduction and process optimization. Fluent Indonesian and English are required; a Green Belt is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Strong understanding of DMAIC, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, Process Optimization, and Waste Elimination.
• Experience using Power BI, data analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Identify and eliminate process waste through Lean methodologies and TIMWOOD principles.
• Conduct Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Drive data-driven decision making through analysis, insights, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital performance management tools.
• Strengthen the site's Management Operating System (MOS) and daily performance management processes.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and Continuous Improvement practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, SHE, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business results.
