Infineon Technologies Batam is seeking an Engineer Facility Management to join the Manufacturing and Operations team in Batam. You will help ensure reliable production by maintaining facility systems, coordinating preventive maintenance, and driving improvement projects with contractors.

The role requires hands-on experience with building utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, and strong analytical skills, plus fluency in English.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of building facilities, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the operation and maintenance of facility systems and utilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Support facility projects, contractor management, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate facility documentation and reports.
