Job summary

Stella Maris International Education invites applications for an experienced School Principal to lead our school’s operations and educational strategy. You will maintain high academic standards, mentor teachers, and foster a warm, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include directing academic programs, budgeting, and building strong partnerships with parents and the board. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is a plus. 3–5 years’ principal experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a School Principal (preferably at a similar grade level).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education or Educational Management is a plus.
• Solid understanding of curriculum development, school operations, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Proven track record of creating and executing strategies to enhance both academic quality and student character development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and evaluate overall school operations and academic programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously drive educational excellence.
• Guide, support, and inspire our teaching staff and school personnel.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with parents, the board, and external partners.
• Oversee annual school planning, goal setting, and budget management.
