Qualifications

• Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field from an accredited university.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (min 120 hours).
• 1–2 years teaching experience; experience with children/teens/young adults preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom management capabilities.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital teaching tools/platforms.
• Willing to relocate/work on-site in Gading Serpong.

Responsibilities

• Teach dynamic, interactive, student-centered English language classes for varied age groups and proficiency levels.
• Design and deliver high-quality lesson plans and materials following the school's curriculum.
• Evaluate and monitor students' progress through tests and speaking assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and prepare progress reports for parents/management.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in school events, language workshops, and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with local teachers to continuously improve teaching strategies and course content.
