About the Role

This role supports business growth by manage and optimizing the pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pricing Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Benchmark against competitors and market trends.
  2. Profitability Analysis:
    • Analyze product, customer, or channel profitability.
    • Identify low-margin areas and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Pricing Optimization:
    • Use data-driven models (e.g., price elasticity analysis, A/B testing) to determine optimal pricing.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to test pricing hypotheses.
  4. Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
    • Model pricing impacts on revenue and margin.
    • Forecast outcomes of pricing changes under various scenarios.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing, finance, partnership and growth to align pricing strategies.
    • Provide recommendations based on data insights and financial implications.
  6. Tools and Systems Management
    • Maintain or implement pricing tools and software.
    • Ensure accurate pricing in ERP or CRM systems.
Qualifications
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of pricing models (value-based, cost-plus, dynamic, etc.)
  • Understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis
