Job summary

You will monitor progress, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with ASME codes and client specifications, while preparing MTOs and execution plans for timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Pressure Vessel fabrication, EPC, or Oil & Gas.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings, client specs and fabrication docs.
• Familiarity with ASME codes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate fabrication projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with client specs, engineering requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
• Support PM in monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Optimize execution by managing resources, materials, and fabrication activities.
• Review specifications, drawings, and documents prior to fabrication.
• Prepare MTO, fabrication sequences, and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, quality, and logistics across the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and ensure activities meet the schedule.
• Review IFC/shop drawings before release to production.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Identify and resolve project-related technical issues with PM.
• Ensure deliverables meet specs, quality, and budget targets.
• Support continuous improvement for project execution and efficiency.
