Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field with 10+ years in coordination, engineering, or PM.
• Proven EPCC module project experience in Marine or Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of topside fabrication and oil & gas processes is essential.
• Excellent English communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Leadership to manage a diverse project team under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EPCC module fabrication projects, ensuring specs and quality.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety audits, and organize campaigns.
• Perform weekly HSE inspections and engage on-site staff for improvements.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Review progress against schedules and provide updates to PMT.
• Schedule and review work assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain organized project documentation including drawings and reports.
• Oversee module fabrication and assembly per scope of work.
• Identify constructability risks and participate in reviews.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
