Intilogy is an established IT Solutions & System Integration company delivering technology solutions for enterprises across Indonesia. We are seeking a Presales Engineer who can translate customer requirements into practical, technically sound IT solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, preparing BoQ and technical proposals, diagrams, and documentation, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Projects throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum D3/S1 in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineer, System Engineer, or similar technical roles.
• Strong experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Server & Storage, Network & Wi-Fi, CCTV & Security, Structured Cabling.
• Willing to learn and develop expertise in RFID, Barcode, and POS solutions.
• Able to create professional BoQ, technical proposals, topology/network diagrams, and solution designs.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct site surveys and customer meetings.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams.
• Own transportation is preferred, as the role involves customer visits and site surveys.

Aufgaben

• Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions.
• Prepare BoQ, technical proposals, solution specifications, and network topology diagrams.
• Work closely with Account Managers/Sales, Engineering, and Project teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
• Present and explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including management and procurement teams.
• Support technical discussions, solution presentations, tenders, and customer meetings.
• Prepare technical documentation, SoW, handover documents, and project-related documentation.
• Maintain and continuously improve BoQ templates, product specifications, and solution libraries.
• Support project implementation and technical handover when required.
