Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya is seeking a Pre Sales Consultant to support the sales and marketing teams on the technical side of IT solutions. You will update products, support partners, prepare proposals, present solutions, and survey customer needs to ensure delivery from proposal to project completion.

You will travel to customer sites in Surabaya and potentially other East Indonesia locations, communicating in English actively and Mandarin as a priority. A vehicle is required for field work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field as a Pre Sales Consultant.
• Understand IT products, solutions & services, specifically barcode, networking and handheld devices.
• Able to communicate in English actively; Mandarin preferred and prioritized.
• Must own a vehicle (motorcycle/car) for travel to customers and branch sites.
• Able to work independently with strong presentation and solution skills.
• Willing to travel to Surabaya area and other East Indonesia locations for customer projects.
