Job summary

Talent Hunts is seeking a Presales Engineer in Jakarta to lead project scoping, systems architecture, proposal generation and Proof of Concepts. You will evaluate client infrastructures to define the precise collaboration solution and will work closely with customers to map a roadmap for post-sales delivery.

You will recommend Cisco Collaboration solutions (UC, Webex, MTR, Contact Center) and apply your network infrastructure expertise to design both low- and high-level solutions, support new

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering from a reputable university.
• 2 years of professional experience in presales engineering, design, or deployment of IT Collaboration Solutions.
• Proven experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions (Unified Communications, Webex, MTR, Contact Center).
• Cisco Collaboration CCNA/CCNP (Collab) certification or equivalent.
• Competency in network infrastructure is required.
• Ability to work under pressure with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Project scooping, systems architecting, proposal generation and Proof of Concepts execution.
• Evaluating the client’s current infrastructure to determine the precise collaboration solution.
• Consulting with clients to develop a roadmap for the post-sales phase.
• Recommending appropriate collaboration products and solutions based on feasibility.
• Performing Proof of Value for proposed solutions.
• Designing the Low Level and High Level designs of the customer's collaboration system and environment.
• Acting as support for new installation; integration, migration, monitoring and all project documentation.

• - Recommending appropriate collaboration product and solutions which are based on their feasibility
• - Perform Proof of Value for proposed solutions
• - Designing the Low Level and High Level design of customers collaboration system and environment
• - Act as support for a new installation; integration into the existing system, migration, and monitoring which included all of the project documentation

Requirements:

• - Hold a Bachelors degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering from a reputable university
• - 2 years of professional experience in managing the presales engineering phase, design process, or deployment process of IT Collaboration Solution
• - Proven experience and knowledge of Cisco Collaboration solution (Unified Communication, Webex, MTR, Contact Center) or other reputable brand
• - Possessing an Associate/Professional level of Cisco's Collaboration certification (CCNA/CCNP - Collab)
• - Competency in network infrastructure is also a must
• - Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; work under limited guidance in line with a comprehensive plan, or strategy.
