Job summary

Qualifications

• Be able to speak and write Chinese/Mandarin is a must.
• HSK certifications, minimal HSK 4 is highly preferred.
• Strong time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Problem solving to provide quick solutions to customers.
• Attention to details to ensure accurate information.
• Education: degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience: at least 1 year in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate customers across channels, resolving inquiries and requests with high satisfaction.
• Adhere to operational procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure data security and policy compliance.
• Determine customer requirements and provide accurate information, support, and solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently via call, email, and chat channels.
• Fulfil customer requests and escalate complex matters to appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Conduct thorough analysis and investigation as part of the resolution process.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet and exceed quality assurance metrics and call handling protocols.
• Proactively engage in training and utilize knowledge bases.
