Qualifications

• Previous experience as Cook, Commis, or Kitchen Crew preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food hygiene.
• Able to follow recipes, portions, and kitchen standards.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Team player with good communication.
• Disciplined, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to daily requirements.
• Execute menu items based on standardized recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
• Follow food safety, storage, and kitchen SOPs.
• Manage ingredients responsibly and minimize food waste.
• Communicate and work effectively with the kitchen team.
• Support smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
