Job summary

Trusting Social is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to be the primary technical and business translator for clients, architecting a workable, agile solution using our AI/ML product suite. You will own the problem-solution fit by designing and managing Proof of Concepts that map to clients' workflows, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Focus areas include Computer Vision AI and Conversational AI, with strong emphasis on data flow, API integration, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and map them to client workflows.
• Proven track record managing proofs of concept end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Champion the technical validation with clients and internal teams.
• Design and manage PoCs with clear success criteria and milestones.
• Translate client needs into concrete solution requirements for Sales & Product.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering across regional/global teams.
