Job summary

Techconnect is seeking a Solution Architect (AI) to design end-to-end AI/ML and generative AI solutions that integrate into the enterprise landscape. This role translates business use cases into scalable, secure architectures and defines data pipelines and MLOps for production readiness.

You will evaluate platforms, collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams, and mentor engineers while ensuring governance and privacy compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML or generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Practical experience with major cloud AI platforms and strong MLOps knowledge.
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with core ML frameworks.
• Strong data architecture, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Familiar with responsible AI, data privacy, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/DS/Engineering; relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML and generative AI solution architectures aligned to business needs.
• Translate business use cases into technical designs including LLM integration and pipelines.
• Evaluate AI platforms, frameworks, and vendors across cloud providers.
• Define data pipelines and MLOps for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Ensure governance, security, and privacy compliance of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data, enterprise, product teams to embed AI into systems.
• Build PoCs and prototypes to validate use cases before full deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Track new AI/GenAI technologies and advise on strategy and roadmap.
• Document architectures and decisions for governance and knowledge continuity.
