Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to join our team covering Commercial accounts in South Korea. You will combine technical expertise with business acumen to support the sales process from start to finish, identifying customer pain points and translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in client-facing presales or solution architecture.
• Excellent communication, discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process discovery/mining/automation and AI technologies.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Hybrid/remote work flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with Sales team and prioritize accordingly.
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create value propositions.
• Demonstrate tailored demos showing business value.
• Deliver strong RFx’s, contextu alized demos and PoVs.
• Design solutions during the sales process.
• Address client concerns on technical capabilities, information security, and architecture.
• Evangelize UiPath solutions and identify customer needs.
• Develop architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments of UiPath platform.
• Build solutions for different industry verticals.
• Support marketing through evangelism, blogs, events.
• Collaborate with Product teams for improvements and roadmap feedback.
