Job summary

Trusting Social is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to be the primary technical and business translator for clients. This role designs agile solutions using our AI/ML product suite, owning the problem-solution fit and proving value through PoCs aligned with the client’s workflows.

The candidate should have 3–8 years in tech or finance, experience with product roles, and a track record in fast-paced environments. Lending industry exposure is a plus, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Technology or Financing Institution fields.
• Exposure to product design or product-market fit exercises is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments (startup or fast-growing business).
• Experience in lending industry is a plus.
• Strong consultative problem-solving and solution design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Win technical and business validation from clients.
• Own problem-solution fit by designing and managing POCs that map to client workflows.
• Act as a technical translator for Sales & Product teams in client meetings.
• Scope SOWs/contracts with realistic milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with client tech teams and internal resources to deliver successful outcomes.
