Job summary

Simplify is seeking a Credit, Lending & Collections Product Consultant to implement SimplifyCredit for banks, NBFCs, and fintechs in Indonesia. You will gather requirements, translate policies into rules, and drive AI-enabled decision workflows across origination, underwriting, and collections.

You will collaborate with client teams on policy design, integration, and process improvement, becoming a functional SME for SimplifyCredit and leading product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• 5–12 years of hands-on experience in Credit, Lending, Loan operations, Collections or Risk management in Indonesia.
• Strong practical understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, multifinance companies, fintechs or lending institutions.
• Experience in lending technology implementations or transformations.
• Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with banks, multifinance companies, fintechs and lending institutions to map current lending processes.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and AI-led decision support.
• Document end-to-end credit origination processes.
• Support integration of internal and external data sources used during underwriting.
• Translate client credit policies into system rules and automated workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business processes into product configuration.
• Support product development and implementation for SimplifyCredit.
• Demonstrate the product to clients and prospects, driving adoption.
