PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned PPIC & EXIM professional to develop and monitor production plans tied to customer orders and forecasts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines and manage material availability against capacity constraints.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PPIC/Production Control, strong Excel and ERP experience, and are willing to work in Cikarang. English communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or Production Control within a manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of production planning, production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, and production capacity management.
• Familiarity with machining production processes, including raw material requirements, WIP, and finished goods control.
• Experience handling production schedules, monitoring production progress, and resolving material shortages or delivery delays.
• Good understanding of export-import processes, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Diploma degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or production planning systems.
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Willing to work in Cikarang.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, prepare, and monitor production plans based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and delivery schedules.
• Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production capacity to support production requirements.
• Follow up on material shortages, production delays, and potential delivery issues, and coordinate corrective actions with related departments.
• Monitor Work in Process (WIP), finished goods, and raw material inventory.
• Analyze production progress and identify bottlenecks to improve production efficiency.
• Ensure production plans are aligned with machine capacity, manpower availability, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on production achievement, inventory status, and delivery performance.
