Pt Ciomas Adisatwa is seeking a detail-oriented PPIC Staff to plan production schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure material availability to meet production targets. You will balance supply and demand, coordinate with procurement and production teams, and optimize plant efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), preferably within manufacturing or agribusiness.
• Proficiency in operating ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to minimize excess stock while preventing shortages.
• Coordinate closely with the Procurement department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Collaborate with the Production team to monitor manufacturing progress and address any deviations from the plan.
• Analyze and report on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and material usage variances.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system regarding inventory movements and production planning data.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
