Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of experience as PPIC Supervisor in FMCG Food & Beverage.
Proficient in SAP for PP, Production & Capacity Planning, Data Analysis, and Scheduling/Sequencing.
Strong understanding of production flow processes.
Proven leadership, accountability and ability to develop others.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.

Responsibilities

Oversee production plans and material availability to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor RM/PM inventory and finished goods to meet DOI targets and forecasts.
Validate purchase requests for material accuracy and availability.
Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, R&D, and Production to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
Develop PPIC team competencies through regular training and performance monitoring.
