Job summary

YHC Keramika Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) professional to coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and optimize manufacturing processes. You will reduce changeover time, manage production priorities, and ensure timely delivery across Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field, with 1–3 years in PPIC, experience

Qualifications

Bachelor or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years in PPIC / Production Planning & Inventory Control.
Experience in manufacturing, preferably ceramic/tile/process-based production.
Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and ERP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

Prepare production schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
Reduce changeover time and production losses.
Determine production priorities.
Coordinate between Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments.
