Job summary

PT Alia Digital Printex in Subang, West Java, seeks an experienced PPIC Manager to drive production planning and scheduling. You will develop the MPS, oversee MRP, monitor output across multiple lines, and ensure on-time delivery through effective control of materials and capacity.

You will lead a small planning team, coach staff, implement continuous improvements, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to align demand and supply and optimize production flow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a planner or PPC supervisor in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP PPC and inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, lean, kanban, and JIT.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard skills.
• Ability to analyze production data for scheduling.
• Experience handling multi-line planning.
• Strong leadership and team coordination.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work at Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, utilization, downtime, plan vs actual).
• Enforce PPC SOPs and ERP production planning modules.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to planning staff.
• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and flow.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecast, machine capacity.
• Create and monitor the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supports.
• Supervise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring execution meets output targets and delivery timelines.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and validate production reports from all production lines.
• Adjust schedules when disruptions occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, delayed materials, or quality issues).
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure alignment between demand and production.
• Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, utilization, downtime, plan vs. actual output).
• Enforce and maintain PPC-related SOPs, including ERP or production planning systems.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to planning staff or team members under supervision.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production flow.

Requirements :

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a planner or PPC supervisor in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo) especially for PPC and inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, lean manufacturing, kanban, and just-in-time (JIT) principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and Dashboard creation.
• Capable of analyzing production data for accurate scheduling and decision-making.
• Experience handling multi-line and multi-process planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to production changes, and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to delegate tasks and responsibilities clearly to ensure operational efficiency.
• Willing to work from our manufacturing in Subang, West Java.
