Job summary

PT Alia Digital Printex in Subang, West Java, is seeking a PPIC Manager to support our production planning processes. You will develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS), monitor MRP, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to align demand and output.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in planning within manufacturing, strong ERP skills (Oracle, SAP, Odoo), and proven leadership in multi-line environments. This role requires working from our Subang facility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a planner or PPC supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo) especially for PPC and inventory modules.
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, lean manufacturing, Kanban and JIT.
• Advanced Excel skills with dashboard creation.
• Ability to analyze production data for scheduling and decision-making.
• Experience handling multi-line and multi-process planning in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, time management and team coordination.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Willing to work from our manufacturing in Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecast and capacity.
• Create and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for raw materials.
• Supervise daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets and timelines.
• Monitor WIP and validate production reports from all lines.
• Adjust schedules during disruptions (breakdowns, delays, quality issues).
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to align demand and production.
• Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, downtime, plan vs actual).
• Enforce PPC-related SOPs and ERP/production planning systems.
• Provide guidance and feedback to planning staff.
• Initiate continuous improvement to improve planning accuracy and flow.

• Responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecast, machine capacity.
• Create and monitor the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supports.
• Supervise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring execution meets output targets and delivery timelines.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and validate production reports from all production lines.
• Adjust schedules when disruptions occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, delayed materials, or quality issues).
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure alignment between demand and production.
• Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, utilization, downtime, plan vs. actual output).
• Enforce and maintain PPC-related SOPs, including ERP or production planning systems.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to planning staff or team members under supervision.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production flow.

Requirements :

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a planner or PPC supervisor in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo) especially for PPC and inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, lean manufacturing, kanban, and just-in-time (JIT) principles.
