Job summary

PT. Primarajuli Sukses in Indonesia is seeking a PPIC professional to manage production planning based on demand forecasts, including machine, material, and labor requirements.

You will develop and control Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure smooth production, monitor WIP and capacity, and coordinate across Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/D4/S1 education in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC Spinning.
• Understanding of Demand Forecasting, Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and Inventory Control.
• Analytical capability, leadership, good communication skills, and ability to work in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyse data, tables, and graphs.
• Understanding of 5R/Kaizen and problem solving (5R/Kaizen and problem solving experience is a plus).
• Active English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning based on demand forecasts, including machine, raw material, and labour requirements.
• Develop and control Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure smooth production processes.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to remain optimal according to production targets and operational needs.
• Coordinate production planning between sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Create and maintain production schedules, line loading plans, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor WIP, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and daily production progress.
• Serve as the primary coordination bridge between the planning team and factory production team.
• Work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse to align PO timing with production requirements.
• Escalate risks early (material delays, capacity constraints, order changes) with clear mitigation plans.
• Maintain accuracy of production planning data and reporting.
