We're Hiring: PPIC Manager!

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PPIC Manager to join our team in Cikarang Bekasi, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory control, and operations management. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and control the overall PPIC activities, including production planning, material planning, and inventory control.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand and production capacity.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods according to production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, material usage, and avoid stock-out or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production and material availability.
• Monitor production progress and take corrective actions when there are delays or planning deviations.
• Prepare and monitor PPIC reports and KPIs, including production achievement, inventory level, material availability, and delivery performance.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the PPIC team.
• Ensure PPIC activities comply with company SOPs and applicable CPOB/GMP requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and inventory optimization.
• Provide regular reports and updates to Plant Head / Plant Director.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum S1 Pharmacy/Apothecary.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as PPIC Manager, PPIC Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Inventory Control, or related position in a manufacturing company.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in managing a team and direct subordinates.
• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, and other departments.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
