Confidential in Bekasi, Indonesia seeks an experienced PPIC Manager to oversee production plans and materials availability, ensuring smooth operations and on-time fulfillment.

You will lead the PPIC team, monitor inventories, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes, capacity checks, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of PPIC Manager experience in FMCG Food & Beverage.
• Proficient in SAP for PP, Production & Capacity Planning, Data Analysis and Scheduling.
• Strong understanding of production flow processes.
• Experience in leadership, accountability and developing others.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate production plans and availability of raw/pack materials to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor RM/PM inventory levels and stock of finished goods to meet DOI targets and forecasts.
• Validate and monitor Purchase Requests to ensure material accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, R&D, and Production to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Evaluate and develop the competencies of the PPIC team through training and performance monitoring.
