Job summary

Samora Group is seeking a Power Plant & Utility Operator to manage daily operations at our Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara site. You will plan tasks, monitor boiler and utility systems, and ensure compliance with safety and process standards.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate with foremen and shift teams. Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years in a power plant environment, and familiarity with DCS.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience as power plant/utility operator
• Experience handling boiler and DCS systems
• Boiler Operator Certificate (SIO Boiler) is a plus
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and a results-driven mindset
• Willing to work on a shift system
• Willing to be placed in Dompu West Nusa Tenggara

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily tasks to the Power Plant & Utility operator team
• Monitor and control power plant & utility operations to ensure compliance with set parameters and standards
• Evaluate team performance and ensure all tasks are carried out according to company procedures
• Coordinate with foremen and related departments to support smooth operations
• Prepare daily operational reports (Daily Report)
• Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and the work environment
