Job summary

NWP Property is seeking an experienced MEP Mall Coordinator to be based at the Head Office and oversee MEP operations across all malls in the portfolio. The role emphasizes standardization, preventive maintenance, and proactive risk management, building tools like checklists and KPI dashboards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 7–10 years in MEP, and proven ability to lead cross-site teams and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of MEP experience with supervisory or multi-site exposure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and generators.
• Experience building SOPs, control tools, or maintenance management systems.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Willingness to travel to mall sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee MEP operations across all malls, coordinating with site teams.
• Design and maintain SOPs, checklists, KPI dashboards to standardize operations.
• Set PM/CM standards and monitor site-level compliance and execution.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs for site-level MEP teams.
• Analyze recurring issues and drive root-cause improvements.
• Establish escalation protocols and audit mechanisms.
• Plan, manage, and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets for MEP operations.
• Monitor energy efficiency, maintenance costs, and asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Act as central point of coordination between Head Office, site teams, contractors, and vendors.
