Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in project administration or PMO.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to join immediately and work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Create security checklist reports and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support AI-based Knowledge Management System project coordination.
• Maintain project documents, schedules, trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups between PM, technical team, vendors, and customers.

PM Admin for IT Security Project supporting project administration, coordination, and monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Creating "Security Checklist" reports or compliance documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Contributing to the AI-based Knowledge Management System project (handling follow-ups and coordination).
• Project administration: Maintain project documents, schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, and project records.
• Project coordination: Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication between the project manager, technical team, vendors, and customers.
• Progress monitoring: Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and action items by emails, Whatsapp group.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports, including project progress, issues, risks, and pending actions.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 Informatic Engineering qualification, GPA minimum 3.00
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the same field
• Computer literate, especially in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to join immediately
• Ready to work hard, teamwork & overtime if needed
