Job summary

PT. Universal Eco Pasific is seeking a senior operations leader in Jakarta to head plastic recycling activities, orient strategy, and ensure targets are met. You will manage processes, oversee quality, and optimize efficiency across departments.

The role requires deep knowledge of recycling technologies, strong leadership, and hands-on data-driven decision making to drive sustainable production improvements in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic recycling industry or plastic manufacturing, or minimum 2 years of experience in supervisor/managerial position.
• Deep understanding of plastic recycling processes, including technology, methods, and best practices.
• Strong leadership capability and experience leading teams.
• Able to conduct production data analysis, problem solving, and strategic decision making.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable in the manufacturing industry.
