Job summary

PT Intera Lestari Polimer is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring targets, quality, and safety compliance in Indonesia.

You will monitor processes, lead a team, coordinate with QC, Maintenance, PPIC, and Warehouse, and drive improvements aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, HSE, and 5S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Good knowledge of production processes and planning.
• Familiar with polymer production machinery (Extruder, Multifeeder, High Speed Mixer).
• Strong understanding of quality control and production standards.
• Experience in team management and manpower scheduling.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, HSE and 5R standards.

• Supervise daily production operations to achieve output targets, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor production output, product quality, waste/scrap rate, and troubleshoot issues.

• Prepare production reports and operational data.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, HSE, and 5R standards; conduct safety inspections.

Job description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
