PT Intera Lestari Polimer is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee finished goods QC, ensure compliance with standards, and supervise the production QC inspections in our plastic manufacturing operation.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering, 2 years in plastics QC or product development, proficiency in Excel and QC software, knowledge of the 7 QC Tools and color matching, and willingness to work shifts at our Balaraja site in Tangerang.
Supervise QC inspection processes for finished goods to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
Conduct QC inspections during production to prevent product nonconformities.
Monitor QC team schedules to ensure alignment with production timelines.
Oversee and control the use of QC equipment and facilities to ensure smooth inspection processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development or Quality Control in the plastics industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with QC software and the implementation of the 7 QC Tools.
Understanding of the color matching process.
Strong creative and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.
