Job summary

Beiersdorf Indonesia is seeking a Production Manager to lead the manufacturing team, ensuring processes follow SOPs and comply with SHE and quality regulations, in line with the production schedule and optimal resource usage. The candidate will drive continuous improvement, maintain GMP and hygiene standards, implement 5S, and report on production performance.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or pharmacy and at least 3 years in FMCG manufacturing are required, with strong skills in SAP, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or pharmacy with relevant manufacturing exposure.
• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in leading production teams, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to ensure SOP adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety implementation and zero major accidents in production area.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, SOP/WI, and 5S; deliver RFT FG/RFT.
• Provide documentation and monthly production reports.
• Manage performance and development of subordinates.
