Job summary

Beiersdorf Indonesia is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contract renewals in a regional context. The role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and a strong focus on cost savings and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English (Indonesian language skills are a plus). Proficiency in MS Office and procurement tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Proven track record in sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems/digital sourcing tools.
