Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a procurement professional in Indonesia to lead end-to-end sourcing activities and drive regional strategies with local market insights.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage supplier negotiations, and ensure contract excellence while maintaining compliance and sustainability across indirect spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management.
• Proven track record in sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.

• Act as the local Procurement representative for Indonesia, supporting stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Proven track record of managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and other local languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in procurement systems and digital sourcing tools.
