Job summary

Beiersdorf Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced Production Leader to manage the production team in alignment with SOPs, GMP and SHE standards. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure quality compliance, and coordinate with related departments to optimize resources and output.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in engineering or pharmacy and at least 3 years of relevant FMCG production leadership experience, with strong emphasis on safety and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or pharmacy is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing FMCG.
• Experience leading production teams and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with GMP, 5S, and SOP/WI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team and ensure processes follow SOPs and SHE guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen in production areas.
• Coordinate with related departments to optimize resources.
• Ensure quality compliance and GMP audit readiness.
• Maintain hygiene, 5S, and proper documentation.
• Deliver monthly production reports and performance reviews.

Leading production team, ensuring production process with standard operational procedure which comply with SHE and quality regulation, based on production schedule with optimum resource. Leading team from related department to perform Continuous Improvement in production area.
