A Day in the Life

You will be at the forefront of expanding the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division’s footprint within the hospital channel. Reporting to the Hospital Detailing & Conquest Manager, you will build strategic partnerships with key hospitals in Jakarta to drive brand growth and accessibility.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To

• Drive Business Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets and expand our brand presence by securing new product listings ("listing doors") within hospitals.
• Strategic Account Management: Manage relationships with key hospital accounts, ensuring optimal product assortment and introducing new SKUs to the formulary.
• Build Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including dermatologists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement managers.
• Market Development: Identify new opportunities and build a robust pipeline to establish L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty as a leading partner in the hospital environment.

We Are Looking For

We Are Looking For a Strategic And Driven Individual With a Proven Track Record Of Success In The Hospital Pharmaceutical Sector. The Ideal Candidate Has

• A strong educational background in Pharmacy or a related Science field.
• Experience as a Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or Account Manager with a focus on the hospital channel.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts, drive sales, and secure product listings in a competitive environment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Based in Jakarta and ready to take on a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy.
