Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing for Indonesia, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective strategies and achieve cost savings across indirect spend categories.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, regional or multinational experience, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions, cultures, and geographies.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems/digital sourcing tools.

• Act as the local Procurement representative for Indonesia, supporting stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
