Job summary

Firmenich is seeking a Plant Leadership role at the Cileungsi manufacturing site reporting to the Regional Manufacturing Senior Director. The role focuses on operational excellence, HS&E and QA, and the implementation of Lean across the value chain.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a leading manufacturing role in chemicals, ingredients or consumer products, and hold a Bachelor degree in a related field. The company promotes a diverse, global work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Food Technology).
• 3–5 years of leadership in a manufacturing environment producing chemicals, ingredients or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orient plant team behavior towards customer needs and sustainable performance.
• Build and lead the plant community aligned with Firmenich values; ensure HS&E and QA leadership.
• Drive OPEX implementation and Lean principles across the value chain.
• Develop and implement Capex and HSE initiatives in line with strategy and values.
• Manage relationships with local authorities and unions; ensure compliance and ethics.
• Develop site master plan, KPIs, and communicate results to management.
