ÆON is seeking a space management and merchandising professional in Tangerang to design and optimize store layouts, assess category performance, and maximize display space to boost visibility and sales.
You will lead planogram implementation across stores, coordinate with Merchandising and Store Operations, and ensure compliance with standards while leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Design and optimize merchandise layouts to support customer flow, enhance shopping experience, and drive sales.
Assess category performance and space allocation to ensure effective space management strategies.
Analyze item productivity to identify growth opportunities and refine display priorities.
Develop and maximize display space to strengthen product visibility and category impact.
Monitor and coordinate space development projects to ensure smooth execution across stores.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Store Operations teams to ensure planogram implementation aligns with business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in planogram/space management/merchandising; experience in retail is strongly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and category performance.
Proficient in planogram software (e.g., SmartDraw, Nielsen Spaceman, or similar).
Good understanding of customer flow, display principles, and product visibility strategies.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead implementation and ensure store compliance with planogram standards.
