Job summary

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. is seeking a Planning Specialist in Indonesia to oversee production planning, inventory control, and delivery management within a manufacturing environment.

You will issue daily and monthly production plans, monitor delivery feasibility and risks, manage customer orders, track deliveries, and assist with stock analysis and stock takes, while complying with information security rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related majors.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning (PPIC), master scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Advanced English and advanced Chinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue and control daily/monthly production plans, evaluate production delivery feasibility, and monitor delivery risks.
• Handle customer order issuance and closures, track production deliveries, follow up on customer goods receipt (GR), and resolve abnormal delays.
• Perform stock analysis and control across production line feeding, work-in-progress (WIP), and warehouse balances.
• Assist in physical inventory stock takes (stock opname).
• Execute company information security regulations and report security violations.
• Complete other assignments assigned by leadership.
