Job summary

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. in Indonesia is seeking a Material Planner to ensure steady supply of materials in line with production schedules.

You will monitor availability, coordinate with purchasing and production teams, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering and 1–3 years' experience in material control or production planning, plus advanced Mandarin and basic English.

Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams on delivery schedules, shortages, and material-related issues.

Documentation & Optimization: Prepare material control reports, maintain accurate inventory records, and support process improvements in material efficiency.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in material control or production planning.

Languages: Advanced Mandarin (Mandatory) and Basic English.
