Job summary

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. in Indonesia is seeking a Material Planner to ensure steady supply of materials in line with production schedules.

You will monitor availability, coordinate with purchasing and production teams, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering and 1–3 years' experience in material control or production planning, plus advanced Mandarin and basic English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of material control or production planning experience.
• Advanced Mandarin (Mandatory) and Basic English.

Responsibilities

• Material planning & availability: monitor and control material availability based on production schedules.
• Inventory control & tracking: track material movements, audit stock levels, identify discrepancies.
• Cross-department coordination: align with purchasing, warehouse and production on delivery schedules.
• Documentation & optimization: maintain inventory records and support process improvements.
